去甲硫醇(芒果苷)是芒果属植物的天然代谢产物,能以非竞争性方式抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶,IC50为3.12 μM。此外,它还对PPARα、PPARβ和PPARγ具有抑制作用,对应的IC50分别为92.8µM、102.4µM和153.5µM。去甲硫醇展现出抗氧化、抗癌、抗菌、抗炎等活性。
