analog of suldinac and celecoxib. The new compounds were evaluated for antipyretic, antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory activities. Among these compounds, 6-benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-yl-4-oxo-hex-5-enoic acid (3) was the most active one.
