制备将4-溴苄基溴(5.00g,0.020 mol)和氰化钠(1.18 g,0.024 mol,过量1.2当量)悬浮于DMF-水(9:1,35 ml)中,在40°C下搅拌12小时。反应混合物用水淬灭,并用乙酸乙酯(EtOAc)萃取。合并的有机相先后使用饱和食盐水和无水硫酸钠洗涤并干燥。减压蒸除溶剂后得到目标产物,总收率为89%。
