制备方法与用途

生物活性

Vitexin-2"-O-rhamnoside 是刺梨(Cratagus pinnatifida Bge)中一种主要的黄酮苷类化合物,能够对由H₂O₂介导的氧化应激损伤提供保护作用,适用于心血管系统疾病的研宄。

化学性质

Vitexin-2"-O-rhamnoside 为黄色结晶粉末,易溶于甲醇。它来源于山楂叶,是蔷薇科山楂属植物“山里红”的提取物。

用途

主要用于含量测定、鉴定及药理实验等。

药理药效

牡荆素鼠李糖苷对离体动脉环具有浓度依赖性的舒张作用,该作用通过内皮依赖性和内皮非依赖的方式产生,并表现出部分钙拮抗剂的药理作用特点。因此,它可用于心脑血管疾病治疗药物的制备。

用途

作为草药产品分析的标准品。
