  本发明涉及精细化工领域中一类细胞内汞离子检测与显像用二苯乙烯基双氰基苯双光子荧光探针，该探针通过2,5‑二(4‑[二(2‑氯乙基)氨基]苯乙烯基)对苯二甲腈与巯基乙醇发生亲核取代反应而制备。810nm的激光激发可避免细胞的光致毒。在pH 4.5—13的范围内，探针对汞离子有很好的选择性，而钠、钾、钙、镁、锰等金属离子对检测没有干扰，可以检测微摩尔浓度的汞离子。探针分子络合汞离子后荧光强度下降，可以对汞离子含量进行双光子荧光检测。双光子荧光显微成像实验表明这类探针对成纤维细胞等细胞或组织渗透性好，本身对细胞没有毒副作用，特别适于细胞内汞离子浓度变化和汞离子分布的检测。
