生物活性

Datelliptium chloride 是一种源自 ellipticine 的 DNA 嵌合剂，具有抗肿瘤活性。

体外研究

Datelliptium 在悬浮培养和原代培养的大鼠肝细胞中，在2小时的处理后显示显著的细胞毒性效应。在离体大鼠系统中，Datelliptium 集中依赖性地动员糖原；半最大效应浓度分别为14.3 μM（离体肝脏）和5.9 μM（培养的大鼠肝细胞）。此外，在细胞中，Datelliptium 导致乳酸糖异生的浓度依赖性减少。Datelliptium 酯盐对实体瘤具有选择性的细胞毒性，而对白血病 L1210 细胞则不然；人类肿瘤 H-125 和 HCT-116 对 Datelliptium 酯盐表现出较低的敏感性。

体内研究

通过静脉注射给药，Datelliptium 酯盐在多种小鼠实体瘤中显示出强烈的抑制活性。特别是在早期阶段的结肠 #38 肿瘤中，最高非毒性剂量为170 mg/kg TD，并且未观察到体重下降（10%），肿瘤生长抑制率为100%。
