catalyzed reactions are linear with βnuc = 1.03 and 0.69, respectively. The ΔH⧧ and ΔS⧧ values measured for the catalytic reaction with morpholine are −0.80 kcal/mol and −61.7 cal/(mol K), respectively. The present disclosure relates to novel nitrobenzamide compounds and their obtention, and also their use as selective inhibitors of the enzyme DprEl. Furthermore, the present disclosure relates to the use of such compounds in medicine or veterinary, specifically, in the prevention or treatment of tuberculosis.
A series of 1.5-dinitro-3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]non-6-enes was prepared by reduction of 1-R-2,4- and 1-R-3,5-dinitrobenzenes with potassium borohydride followed by Mannich reaction with formaldehyde and amino acids. The molecular structure of (6-bromo-1,5-dinitro-3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]non-6-en-3-yl)acetic acid was studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The mechanism of decomposition under electron impact was determined for (7-methoxy-1,5-dinitro-3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]non-6-en-3-yl)acetic acid.
