The present invention relates to anovel quinolinone derivative compound that regulates intracellular signal transduction mediated by TSLP and IL-33 to exhibit efficacy in preventing or treating allergic diseases such as asthma or atopic dermatitis. The quinolinone derivative compound of the present invention can effectively suppress inflammatory responses of allergic diseases such as asthma or atopic dermatitis. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition including the quinolinone derivative compound. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can be used to fundamentally prevent or treat various allergic and asthmatic diseases.

A novel synthetic route to substituted esters of imidazoles, oxazoles, thiazoles, and diethyl pyrazine-2,5-dicarboxylates via C-formylation of glycine ethyl ester hydrochloride is reported. This methodology is simple, robust, and gives good yields of different heterocyclic esters in one or two steps from a common acyclic precursor and is amenable to large scale synthesis.
A catalytic system comprised of Pd(OAc)2 and bidentate ligand dppe enabled first direct arylations with moisture-stable aryl sulfamates as electrophiles, and proved applicable to unprecedented C−H bond functionalizations with easily accessible alkenyl phosphates as well as benzyl phosphates.

In this present study, a series of 5-phenyl-2-furan and 4-phenyl-2-oxazole derivatives were designed and synthesized as phosphodiesterase type 4 (PDE4) inhibitors. In vitro results showed that the synthesized compounds exhibited considerable inhibitory activity against PDE4B and blockade of LPS-induced TNF-α release. Among the designed compounds, Compound 5j exhibited lower IC50 value (1.4 μM) against
