Rhodium-catalyzed reactions of 3-diazoindolin-2-imines with enamines and their extensions towards 5 H -pyrazino[2,3- b ]indoles
摘要:
The rhodium-catalyzed reactions of 3-diazoindolin-2-imines with beta-enamino esters furnished 2,3-diaminoindoles in excellent yields with wide functional group tolerance. The synthesized 2,3-diaminoindoles could be converted into 5H-pyrazino [2,3-b]indoles via a sequential dehydrogenation/ 6 pi-ERC/aromatization process. (C) 2018 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

condensation of 4-phenyl substitutedβ-enamino ketones 1a-d and β-enamino esters 5a-d with hydroxylamine hydrochloride using K-10 as the solid support under sonication was studied to evaluate the formation of isoxazole and 5-isoxazolone rings from β-enaminocompounds with a substituted aromatic ring. Isoxazoles 2a-c, 3c-d and 5-isoxazolones 6a-c and 7a-d were obtained. The use of K-10/ultrasound in this reaction

reactions of β-aminocinnamates are described. Imine radicals produced by tetra-n-butylammonium cerium(IV) nitrate (TBACN) oxidation of enamines undergo efficient addition to the C–C double bond of β-aminocinnamates. This TBACN mediated free radical reaction between β-aminocinnamates and enamines provides a novel method for the synthesis of highly substitutedpyrroles. The direct TBACN oxidation of β-aminocinnamates
Iodine catalyzed C (sp(3))-H functionalization of tosylhydrazones with beta-enamino esters under visible light irradiation for the synthesis of trisubstituted pyrroles has been described. The present method is also applicable to a alpha-substituted tosylhydrazones to yield the tetra-substituted pyrroles.
