  不使用金属还原剂直接使用烯丙醇作为烯丙试剂引起了人们的广泛关注。在此，我们报道了在CO 2存在下醛与容易获得的烯丙醇的实用非对映选择性光氧化还原/Ni(II)双催化还原烯丙基化反应。该方法允许多种醛与各种烯丙醇进行支化区域选择性直接烯丙基化，收率良好至高，DR 比例高达 >20:1。准确的 DFT 计算揭示了不同底物通过 Zimmerman-Traxler 过渡态产生非对映选择性差异的基本原理，同时也描绘了这种烯丙基化反应的能量上最有利的机制途径。

  Up the tempo: The intramolecular addition of oxime radicals to CC bonds was achieved by using DEAD and TEMPO to give 4,5‐dihydroisoxazoles as a result of a CO bond‐forming, 5‐exo‐trig cyclization. γ,δ‐Unsaturated ketoximes also reacted to afford cyclic nitrones through CN bond formation. The reactions offer a metal‐free approach for the vicinal difunctionalization of unactivated alkenes.

  A novel route to the synthesis of Delta(2)-isoxazoline derivatives is described. Reaction of beta,gamma-unsaturated oximes with aryl bromides via palladium-catalyzed carboetherification affords 3,5-disubstituted Delta(2)-isoxazolines in good yields. The use of Xantphos as ligand is crucial for the transformation. The carboetherification products can be further converted to beta-hydroxy ketones in the presence of Fe powder and NH(4)Cl.
