Triterpenoids gilvsins A-D (1-4), with oxygenated lanostane skeletons, were isolated from the fruiting body of Phellinus gilvus, together with two known compounds, 24-methylenelanost-8-ene-3beta, 22-diol and 5alpha-ergosta-7,22-diene-3-one.
