  Converting the DEAD: A fluidic approach to generate precisely defined water–oil interfaces (see scheme) was used to quantify the influence of the water surface (blue drops) on chemical reactions between quadricyclane or β‐pinene and diethyl azodicarboxylate (DEAD).
