Synthesis and Antimicrobial Activity of Novel Pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline Derivatives

4‐b]quinolines 11a,b; 3‐[(3‐aryl‐4‐oxothiazin‐2‐ylidene)amino]‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]quinolines 12a,b and 3‐(2‐aryl‐4‐oxothiazolidin‐3‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]quinolines 13a,b were synthesized. The antimicrobial activity was evaluated for most of the prepared compounds.
新的吡唑并[3,4-b]喹啉衍生物通过中间体2-氯喹啉-3-甲腈7,即3-氨基-1H-吡唑并[3,4-b]喹啉8a、3-氨基- 1-苯基/(对位取代)苯基/-1H-吡唑并[3,4-b]-喹啉8b-f。此外,3-[(3-aryl-4-oxothiazolidin-2-ylidene)amino]-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolines 11a,b; 3-[(3-aryl-4-oxothiazin-2-ylidene)amino]-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolines 12a,b 和 3-(2-aryl-4-oxothiazolidin-3-yl)-合成了1H-吡唑并[3,4-b]喹啉13a,b。对大多数制备的化合物评价了抗微生物活性。
