制备方法与用途

生物活性 STF-118804 是一种高特异性 NAMPT 抑制剂。

体外研究 表明，STF-118804 可降低包含 MLL 染色体重排的 B-ALL 细胞系的活性，IC50 值处于毫微摩尔级范围。此外，从 5 名儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）患者的样品中也观察到低毫微摩尔级浓度的 STF-118804 拥有良好的抑制效果。在白血病 MV411 细胞中，STF-118804 诱导了凋亡现象，而未见细胞周期阻滞。

体内研究 表明，通过皮下注射给予 STF-118804（25 毫克/千克，每日两次）能够提高高风险急性淋巴细胞白血病原位异种移植模型的生存率，并有效清除初始的白血病细胞。
