Poly(α-fluoro-ɛ-caprolactone) was synthesized by bulk ring-opening polymerization of α-fluoro-ɛ-caprolactone monomer (α-FCL) catalyzed by stannous octanoate, Sn(Oct)2 at 120 °C for 6 h.
