  Incubation of Delta(9(15))-africanene with fungi Aspergillus niger and Rhizopus oryzae for 8 days yielded two oxidized derivatives, 10 alpha-hydroxy-Delta(9(15))-africanene and 9 alpha,15-epoxyafricanane.
