丰加霉素是一种由放线菌产生的腺苷类似物,是 X 盒结合蛋白 1 (XBP1) 抑制剂。它能够抑制 IRE1α 诱导的 ATP 依赖性 XBP1 mRNA 的断裂,其 IC50 值为 80 nM,并能诱导凋亡过程。值得注意的是,丰加霉素对 IRE1α 的自身磷酸化没有影响。
