We have developed a synthesis of 1,2‐substituted adamantane carboxylic acids and further bridged cycloalkanes (cage compounds) by palladium acetate‐catalyzed C−H bond oxidation. Acetoxylation of cycloalkane framework was performed using picolylamide as a directing group.
