The particles comprise a modified starch and a mono alkaline metal phosphate.

(i) one or more first containers (11) containing a first solution (21) of one or more analytes, wherein the one or more first containers (11) shield the first solution (21) against light of a wavelength in the range of less than 500 nm;
(ii) a second container (12) containing a second solution (22) of the one or more analytes and a concentration of one or more decomposition accelerators which is higher than the concentration of the same one or more decomposition accelerators in the first solution.
