]coumarins via Lewis Acid-Mediated Multicomponent Tandem Reactions

Allyltrimethylsilane, arylglyoxal monohydrates, and cyclic 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds afford furo[3,2‐c]coumarins through FeCl3 or ZnCl2‐mediated multicomponent tandem reactions in toluene. In the reaction, three components were used in one pot, and this method offers several advantages such as easily accessible starting materials, good functional group tolerance, and mild reaction conditions.
烯丙基三甲基硅烷,芳基乙二醛一水合物和环状1,3-二羰基化合物通过甲苯中的FeCl 3或ZnCl 2介导的多组分串联反应提供呋喃[3,2-c]香豆素。在反应中,一锅中使用了三种组分,该方法具有许多优点,例如易于获取的原料,良好的官能团耐受性和温和的反应条件。
