Pyridin-2-ylmethyl tosylate derivatives are obtained in high yields from 2-alkylpyridine 1-oxides via a [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement of the adduct between 2-alkylpridine 1-oxides with benzenesulfonyl chlorides. Moreover, alkylnitrones also undergo [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement to give α-tosylated ketones after hydrolysis. Substitution reactions with nucleophiles then lead to diverse useful functionalizations
吡啶-2-基甲基甲苯磺酸酯衍生物以高产率获得的,从2-烷基吡啶1-氧化物经由一个[3,3] -sigmatropic加合物的2-alkylpridine 1-氧化物用苯磺酰氯之间重排。此外,烷基硝酮在水解后还会发生[3,3]-σ重排,生成α-甲苯磺酸化的酮。然后,与亲核试剂的取代反应导致用于钳夹配体合成的各种有用的官能化。
