Kuraridine 是一种从苦参根中提取的酮醇化合物。它对 cGMP 特异性磷酸二酯酶 5 型 (PDE5) 具有抑制作用，IC50 值为 0.64 μM。

体外研究

Kuraridine 展现出对 cGMP PDE5 强效抑制作用 (IC50 = 0.64 μM)，其选择性分别比 PDE3 和 PDE4 高 2.0 倍和 12.9 倍。在没有 GABA 的情况下，Kuraridine 诱导显著的氯离子内流，这些电流不超过最大 GABA (I_GABA) 引起的电流的 10%（饱和浓度为 1 mM）。Kuraridine 在表达 α1、β2 和 γ2S 子单位的 GABA_A 受体的 Xenopus 肾小腺中诱导了 GABA_A 介导的电流增强的剂量-反应曲线 (EC50 = 4.0±2.4 μM)。
