ammonium acetate, phenylisothiocyanate, nitrous acid, acetylacetone, phosphorus oxychloride, phosphorus pentachloride, hydrazine hydrate and benzoyl chloride gave further cyclization to construct an additional ring. The structure of the compounds has been established by elemental analysis, IR, NMR and mass spectra. The compounds thus synthesized were screened for their antimicrobial activity.
摘要 5-羰基-(4-氨基-3-氰基噻吩-2-硫代-5-基)-8-羟基喹啉(4)与几种含卤素化合物的S-烷基化得到烷硫基衍生物(5a-f)。4用氯胺处理得到异噻唑并噻吩(7),使其与丙二酸二乙酯和/或乙酰乙酸乙酯反应得到相应的嘧啶基异噻唑并噻吩(8)和(9)。5d-f 用乙醇乙醇钠闭环得到噻吩并 [2,3-b] 噻吩衍生物 (6a-c)。乙酸酐、乙酸铵、异硫氰酸苯酯、亚硝酸、乙酰丙酮、三氯氧化磷、五氯化磷、水合肼和苯甲酰氯进一步环化以构建另一个环。化合物的结构已通过元素分析、红外、核磁共振和质谱确定。
