Focused microwave irradiation-assisted synthesis of <i>N</i>-cyclohexyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole derivatives with antitumor activity

Abstract A facile synthesis of 3,5-disubstituted 1,2,4-oxadiazole derivatives under focused microwave irradiation (FMWI) is reported. Arylamidoximes 1a–i and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) were carried out in DMF under FMWI to obtain 1,2,4-oxadiazoles 2a–i in 61–81% yields. All compounds exhibited antiproliferative activities in vitro against three human cancer cell lines HCT-116, PC-3, and SNB-19
摘要 报道了在聚焦微波辐射 (FMWI) 下 3,5-二取代 1,2,4-恶二唑衍生物的简便合成。芳基酰胺肟 1a-i 和二环己基碳二亚胺 (DCC) 在 FMWI 下在 DMF 中进行,以 61-81% 的产率获得 1,2,4-恶二唑 2a-i。所有化合物在体外均对三种人类癌细胞系 HCT-116、PC-3 和 SNB-19 表现出抗增殖活性。图形概要
