    The invention concerns deuterated pyrazolopyrimidinones as well as pharmaceuticals containing these compounds. In addition, the invention concerns the use of deuterated pyrazolopyrimidinones for the inhibition of thrombocyte adhesion and aggregation, for the long-term increase of memory and learning functions, as well as for the treatment of cardiac and circulatory disorders, hypertonia, pulmonary hypertonia, erectile dysfunction and obstructive respiratory disorders such as, e.g., bronchial asthma.
