Novel derivatives of acridone bearing 1,3,4-thiadiazole and 1,2,4-triazole moieties were synthesized by intramolecular cyclization of acridone acetic acid derivatives, i.e., N 1-acyl N 4-substituted thiosemicarbazides. Some of the synthesized compounds (compounds 4b, 4c, 5a) possess antimicrobial activity.
通过吖啶酮乙酸衍生物的分子内环化合成了带有1,3,4-噻二唑和1,2,4-三唑部分的新型吖啶酮衍生物,即N 1-酰基N 4-取代氨基硫脲。一些合成的化合物(化合物4b、4c、5a)具有抗菌活性。
