We report the discovery of highlypotent and selective non-steroidal glucocorticoid receptormodulators with PK properties suitable for inhalation. A high throughput screen of the AstraZeneca compound collection identified sulfonamide 3 as a potent non-steroidal glucocorticoid receptor ligand.
