  本发明涉及一种3-硝基-4-羟丙基氨基苯酚的制备方法，包括下述步骤：（1）以质量浓度为80～90%的二氧六环水溶液为溶剂，在碳酸钙作用下，3-硝基-4-氨基苯酚与氯甲酸氯丙酯进行缩合反应；（2）滴加入质量浓度为40～55%的碱液进行水解反应，控制滴加温度50～55℃，滴加毕，在58～65℃保温反应0.5～5h后，冷却至30～40℃，调pH至5.5～6.5后，蒸除乙醇得3-硝基-4-羟丙基氨基苯酚粗品；（3）3-硝基-4-羟丙基氨基苯酚粗品在质量浓度为18～22%的正丙醇水溶液进行打浆处理后得到3-硝基-4-羟丙基氨基苯酚。本发明总收率可以达到90%及以上；两步反应可以使用一锅法生产，在生产上操作简单，具有副产物少、产品质量高、污染少、对设备的要求低等优点。
