    本发明涉及一种医药中间体的制备方法,具体涉及一种一锅法合成头孢他啶侧链酸乙酯的方法。所述方法步骤如下:(1)将4‑溴乙酰乙酸乙酯溶于水中,滴加亚硝酸钠水溶液和15%~25%的硫酸,滴加完后,保温反应,反应完毕,萃取,萃取液用饱和碳酸钾或碳酸钠水溶液洗涤,蒸馏,得肟化溶液;(2)将硫脲加入到水和甲醇的混合液中,然后滴加肟化溶液,得去甲氨噻肟酸乙酯溶液;(3)调节去甲氨噻肟酸乙酯溶液的pH,然后加入溴代异丁酸叔丁酯、相转移催化剂保温反应,反应完毕,冷却后抽滤,得头孢他啶侧链酸乙酯。本发明产品后续处理简单,纯度高,收率高,收率达96.5%以上。
