Eight novel toxoflavin glycosides, which are potential prodrugs in antibody directed enzyme prodrug therapy (ADEPT), were synthesized. The structures of all toxoflavin glycosides were characterized by C-13 NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and MS.
