is not a tertiary butyl group and wherein the transition metal Me is selected from ruthenium, cobalt, rhodium, and iridium; c) catalytically active compositions in the hydroformylation, which comprise the compounds mentioned under a) and b); d) method for the hydroformylation of unsaturated compounds by using the catalytically active composition mentioned under c), and e) multi-phase reaction mixture, containing unsaturated compounds, gas mixture, which comprises carbon monoxide and hydrogen, aldehydes, and the catalytically active composition described under c).
