congeners 7- and 9-gingerols has been achieved from eugenol by a new scalable and eco-friendly protocol. The key steps are functionalization of eugenol to the nitro compound and its reaction under optimized condition with terminal alkenes to afford intermediate isoxazolines. The latter on catalytic hydrogenation in presence of Raney nickel afford corresponding gingerols in good yields.
丁香酚通过一种新的可扩展且环保的方案,可以合成6-姜油酚及其同类物7-和9-姜油酚。关键步骤是将丁子香酚官能化为硝基化合物,并使其在最佳条件下与末端烯烃反应生成中间体异恶唑啉。后者在阮内镍的存在下进行催化氢化,以高收率得到相应的姜醇。
