体内研究

在一项针对健康泌乳山羊的研究中，单次静脉注射15 mg/kg Ibafloxacin后的药代动力学行为得到了研究。通过高效液相色谱和荧光检测确定了血浆中的Ibafloxacin浓度。结果显示，Ibafloxacin初始分布非常迅速，平均半衰期为0.35小时；随后的消除过程较慢，平均半衰期为3.76小时。在狗和猫中，口服后的Ibafloxacin平均半衰期分别为3.83小时和3.00小时。
