    本发明公开了一种含氟碳酸酯的合成方法,将氟醇和碳酸二甲酯按摩尔比1:(0.25‑5.0)反应,以碱作为催化剂,反应设备为反应精馏塔,反应温度为60‑120℃,经过反应精馏后依次得到甲醇,碳酸二甲酯和含氟碳酸酯,含氟碳酸酯经过分子筛干燥后得到最终产品。本发明采用反应精馏工艺,反应的过程中及时移除产物甲醇,提高了反应物氟醚的转化率,最终产品也可以通过反应精馏设备蒸出,不需要后续的精馏处理,只需要干燥处理,降低了设备成本和生产。

    Mesomorphic Properties of Some Liquid Crystals with Semifluorocarbon Chains

    Three series of chiral compounds with semifluorocarbon chains have been synthesized. These compounds were characterized by infra-red spectra (IR), H-1 nuclear magnetic resonance (H-1 NMR), F-19 nuclear magnetic resonance (F-19 NMR), mass spectra (MS), and elemental analysis. Their phase-transition behavior was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polarizing optical microscopy. To a certain compound, when the terminal hydrogen atom in the semi-fluoroalkyl chain was substituted by a chlorine atom, both the clearing point and the melting point were increased and the thermal stability of the SmC phase was enhanced. Moreover, with the introduction of a triple bond in the core, both the melting point and the clearing point were increased.

    Polymeric particles are provided for use in therapeutic and/or diagnostic procedures. The particles include poiy[bis(trifluoroethoxy) phosphazene] and/or a derivatives thereof which may be present throughout the particles or within an outer coating of the particles. The particles may also include a core having a hydrogel formed from an acrylic-based polymer. Such particles may be provided to a user in specific selected sizes to allow for selective embolization of certain sized blood vessels or localized treatment with an active component agent in specific clinical uses. Particles of the present invention may further be provided as color-coded microspheres or nanospheres to allow ready identification of the sized particles in use. Such color-coded microspheres or nanospheres may further be provided in like color-coded delivery or containment devices to enhance use identification and provide visual confirmation of the use of a specifically desired size of microspheres or nanospheres.

    Particles are provided for use in therapeutic and/or diagnostic procedures. The particles include poly[bis(trifluoroethoxy) phosphazene] and/or a derivatives thereof which may be present throughout the particles or within an outer coating of the particles. The particles can also include a core having a hydrogel formed from an acrylic-based polymer. Barium sulfate may also be provided to the core of the particles as a coating or absorbed within the core of the particles. The particles can be used to minimize blood flow to mammalian tissues by occluding at least a portion of a blood vessel of the mammal, or to deliver an active agent to a localized area within a body of a mammal by contacting a localized area with at least one of the particles. Farther, the particles are useful in sustained release formulations including active agent(s) for oral administration, as tracer particles for injection into the bloodstream of a mammal or for use in enhanced ultrasound imaging. The particles may include agents for increasing density for achieving useful buoyancy levels in suspension.
