As the cinnamic acid derivative compound, cinnamic acid, ferulic acid, and caffeic acid are preferred, and as the alcohol compound, methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, pentanol, hexanol, ethylene glycol, glycerol, phenethyl alcohol, and a monosaccharide are preferred.
