4-Organochalcogenoyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles: synthesis and functionalization by a nickel-catalyzed Negishi cross-coupling reaction
摘要:
A general method for the synthesis of triazoles containing selenium and tellurium was accomplished via a CuCAAC reaction between organic azides and a terminal triple bond, generated by in situ deprotection of the silyl group. The reaction tolerates alkyl and arylazides, with alkyl and aryl substituents directly bonded to the chalcogen atom. The products were readily functionalized by a nickel-catalyzed Negishi cross-coupling reaction, furnishing the aryl-heteroaryl products at the 4-position in good yields. (C) 2012 Elsevier Ltd. Abstract A facile synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted1,2,3-triazoles was achieved from nitrobenzenes and terminal alkynes under mild conditions. The reactions were successful for nitrobenzenes and terminal alkynes bearing various functionalities, from which the 1,2,3-triazole derivatives were smoothly synthesized through a four-step one-pot sequence.
A convenient CuI/DBU catalyzed one-pot method has been developed for the synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles through the coupling of aryl iodides with sodium azide, followed by the intermolecular cyclization between the generated aryl azides and phenylacetaldehyde derivatives or alkynes in DMSO. The established protocol was compatible with a wide scope of substrates in good to excellent
An easy-to-prepare, reusable and versatile catalyst consisting of oxidised copper nanoparticles on activated carbon has been fully characterised and found to effectively promote the multicomponent synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles from organic halides, diazonium salts, and aromatic amines in water at a low copper loading.

Monodentate phosphoramidite ligands are used to accelerate the copper(i)-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azides and alkynes (CuAAC) rapidly yielding a wide variety of functionalized 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles; Cu(i) and Cu(ii) salts both function as the copper source in aqueous solution to provide excellent yields.
