The present application relates to compounds of formula (I), (la), or (lb) and their pharmaceutical compositions/preparations. NiH‐Catalyzed Migratory Defluorinative Olefin Cross‐Coupling: Trifluoromethyl‐Substituted Alkenes as Acceptor Olefins to Form

a NiH-catalyzed migratory defluorinative coupling between two electronically differentiated olefins. A broad range of unactivated donor olefins can be joined directly to acceptor olefins containing an electron-deficient trifluoromethyl substituent in both intra- and intermolecular fashion to form gem-difluoroalkenes. This migratory coupling shows both site- and chemoselectivity under mild conditions
of carboxylic acids. Herein, we reported the development of a palladium-catalyzed highly enantioselective Markovnikov hydroxycarbonylation of vinyl arenes with CO and water. A monodentate phosphoramidite ligand L6 plays vital role in the reaction. Asymmetric Markovnikov Hydroaminocarbonylation of Alkenes Enabled by Palladium-Monodentate Phosphoramidite Catalysis
