  本发明公开了一种胺化‑脱水一锅法气相连续制备七氟异丁腈的方法，以(CF3)2CFC(O)‑R1或其同分异构体2‑R1‑2‑氟‑3,3‑双(三氟甲基)环氧乙烷(R1为F、Cl、Br、I或C1‑C4烷氧基)中的任意一种为原料，在催化剂存在下，在管式反应器中，与氨气或伯胺发生胺化‑脱水一锅法气相连续反应得到七氟异丁腈，其中催化剂为氟化铝、氟化铁、氟化镁、氟化钙、氟化钡、氟化铬中的一种或数种。本发明将传统的胺化、脱水两步液相间歇反应简化为一锅法气相连续制备七氟异丁腈，采用相同的催化剂，完成连续的胺化‑脱水气相反应，不但缩短了反应路线，而且七氟异丁腈的单程产率高，易于连续工业化。
