Abstract This study is to develop a method for isolation, identification, and quantitative determination of dammarane-type triterpene saponins in the Panax notoginseng fruits (PNF). 摘要 本研究旨在开发一种分离、鉴定和定量测定三七果实(PNF)中达玛烷型三萜皂苷的方法。皂苷通过一系列色谱方法分离得到,并在光谱证据和文献报道比较的基础上阐明了它们的结构。在超高效液相色谱-UV (UPLC-UV) 方法上进行定量测定。结果从PNF的提取物中分离得到22种皂苷,其中化合物1为新皂苷,命名为丙二酰gypenoside IX ,化合物3-10和14-18首次从 PNF 中分离出来。在定量分析方面,校准曲线在浓度范围内表现出良好的线性(r >0.998),方法验证为八种主要皂苷的定量提供了良好的重现性和灵敏度,精密度和准确度均小于3.0%。
