A new stearoyl glucoside of ursolic acid, urs-12-en-3 beta-ol-28-oic acid 3 beta-D-glucopyranosyl-4'-octadecanoate and other compounds were isolated from the leaves of Lantana camara L The structure of this new glycoside was elucidated and established by standard spectroscopic methods.
