One-pot synthesis of 3-(furan-2-yl)-4-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-ones using K10 montmorillonite clay as heterogeneous catalyst

A facile and efficient one-pot synthesis of 3-(furan-2-yl)-4-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-ones was developed. The reaction of ethyl 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-oxopropanoates and 2,5-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydrofuran were performed in presence of K10 Montmorillonite Clay heterogeneous catalyst under the solvent-free condition at 80 °C for 1 h, and followed by further converted to 3-(furan-2-yl)-4-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-ones
开发了一种简便而有效的一锅合成3-(呋喃-2-基)-4-羟基-2 H-铬烯-2-酮的方法。3-(2-羟苯基)-3-氧代丙酸乙酯与2,5-二甲氧基-2,5-二氢呋喃的反应在无溶剂条件下于80°C的K10蒙脱土粘土多相催化剂存在下进行1小时和随后进一步转化为3-(呋喃-2-基)-4-羟基-2- ħ -色烯-2-酮通过在0.5小时的碱性溶液的EtOH回流。该示范方法不仅避免了使用任何昂贵的过渡金属,而且消除了繁琐的中间纯化过程。而且,由于宽泛的官能团耐受性,它可以应用于各种基材,并以良好至极好的收率获得产品。
