  一种6-氟-L-多巴药物中间体3,4-二甲氧基氟苯的合成方法，包括如下步骤：(i)在安装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的反应容器中，加入二氟碘乙酸乙酯溶液50—70mL,丙酮50mL,缓慢加入3,4-二甲氧基苯胺0.07mol,溶解之后，降低溶液温度至0—6℃，加入亚硫酸异丁酯20mL,加入乙酸乙酯300mL,降低溶液温度至3--5℃，抽滤后析出固体，用1，2-二氯乙烷洗涤，真空干燥，得氟碘酸重氮盐；(ii)在反应容器中加入步骤(i)得到的氟碘酸重氮盐0.12—0.13mol,安装蒸馏装置，接受瓶温度控制在5--9℃，加热反应溶液，收集得到棕色油状液体，用苯溶解，依次用盐溶液洗涤、中和溶液洗涤，水层用乙睛溶液提取，合并苯溶解层之后，脱水剂脱水，蒸出溶剂，减压蒸馏，收集85--90℃的馏分，得3,4-二甲氧基氟苯。
