It is preferred that said dopamine D2-receptor agonist component be bromocriptine mesylate, naxagolide hydrochloride, cabergoline, pergolide mesylate, quinpirole hydrochloride, or ropinirole hydrochloride; and that said anti-cholinergic agent component be tiotropium bromide.
