enantiomer of the vinyllactone with excellent enantiomeric excess (>99%). The scope of possible applications of enantiopure vinyllactones has been verified by subjection to cross‐metathesis resulting in the total synthesis of the insect pheromone (S)‐5‐hexadecanolide and the cytotoxic styryllactone goniothalamine as well as derivatives thereof.
从4-溴丁酸乙酯开始,已完成化学合成6-乙烯基-四氢-吡喃-2-酮的方法。大量可用醇脱氢酶的筛选和反应参数的严格优化使我们能够建立具有优异对映体过量(> 99%)的乙烯基内酯对映体的有效合成。对映纯乙烯基内酯的可能应用范围已通过交叉复分解得到了验证,该复分解导致昆虫信息素(S)-5-十六烷醇和细胞毒性苯乙烯基内酯Goniothalamine及其衍生物的全合成。
