制备方法

3.5克1-(叔丁氨基)-3-[(2-甲基-4-吲哚基)氧]-2-丙醇(Ⅰ)、26克苯甲酸和50毫升六甲基磷酰胺，在室温下反应20小时，得到波吲洛尔。化合物(Ⅰ)也可以先与苯甲酸在六甲基磷酰胺中生成盐，然后再加入苯甲酸酐，在室温下继续反应20小时，同样可以制得波吲洛尔。

合成制备方法

3.5克1-(叔丁氨基)-3-[(2-甲基-4-吲哚基)氧]-2-丙醇(Ⅰ)与苯甲酸在六甲基磷酰胺中生成盐，然后加入苯甲酸酐，在室温下反应20小时，最终得到波吲洛尔。
