Skin contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while removing

flushing of the eyes by separating the eyelids with fingers. If irritation persists, seek medical

应用

双咪苯脲是一种兽药用化学品,属于抗梨形虫药物二苯脲类联脒衍生物,具有重要的生物活性。它具有广谱、低毒、应用范围广、作用时间长和用药剂量小等优点,不仅对家畜梨形虫病、无浆体病及猪犬的附红细胞体病有很好的治疗效果,也具有良好的预防效果。

化学性质

双咪苯脲为固体。熔点为350℃(分解)。

用途

该药物是一种高效的抗焦虫病药,毒性低且用药剂量小。对于严重感染的牛和羊巴贝西焦虫病,使用咪唑脲治疗可以迅速控制病情,并在三个月后未见复发现象。此外,它还具有预防焦虫病的作用。

生产方法

双咪苯脲可通过将间硝基苯甲酸乙酯在三甲基铝存在下与乙二胺反应制得2-(3-硝基苯)咪唑啉,收率为90%;然后还原成2-(3-氨基苯)咪唑啉,最后经光气化和缩合得到最终产品。
