  摘要：

  本发明所述提高龙涎香气质量的龙涎酮制备方法，包括以下步骤：（一）、合成3‑甲基‑3‑戊烯‑2酮；（二）、双烯加成得到异普利沙门克拉门酮；（三）、环化反应，所述环化反应是往反应釜中加入一定量的强酸及低碳醇类溶剂，然后在一定温度下滴加原料异普利沙门克拉，搅拌反应5‑10小时，得到产物龙涎酮。该工艺与现有工艺对比，优势在于将香气阈值较低的龙涎香味化合物1‑(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8a‑八氢‑1,2,8,8‑四甲基‑2‑萘基)乙酮的含量由2%提高至5%以上，最终龙涎酮产品龙涎香味得到改进，在生产过程中基本不产生污染，且得率高，适合工业化生产。
