A modified polyolefin which is the product of graft polymerizing a polyolefin (A) comprising repeating units derived from at least one olefin selected from ethylene and α-olefins of 3 to 20 carbon atoms, with at least one alicyclic epoxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer (B) having a specific structure, the modified polyolefin comprising 0.01 to 50% by weight of units derived from (B) based on the total weight of the modified polyolefin. The modified polyolefin has excellent adhesion properties to metals and polar resins and has excellent solvent resistance.
