    The perfluorohexylated 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene 5 was prepared via Mitsunobu reaction of perfluorohexylatyed diol 2 with diethyl 3,4-dihydroxythiophenedicarboxylate followed by decarboxylation. The polymerization of 5 was conducted with both oxidative chemical and electrochemical polymerizations. The polymers were characterized by cyclic voltammogram, UV, IR, TGA and DSC.     The perfluorohexylated 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene 5 was prepared via Mitsunobu reaction of perfluorohexylatyed diol 2 with diethyl 3,4-dihydroxythiophenedicarboxylate followed by decarboxylation.     An ink composition is provided that includes (Component a) an open-chain and/or cyclic ether bond-containing monofunctional (meth)acrylate, (Component b) one or more monofunctional ethylenically unsaturated compounds selected from the group consisting of a polycyclic aliphatic group-containing monofunctional (meth)acrylate and N-vinyl-2-caprolactam, (Component c) a polymerization initiator, (Component e) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate at no greater than 10 wt % relative to the ink composition, and (Component f) a fluorine-substituted hydrocarbon group- or siloxane structure-containing polymer, the ratio by weight of (Component a)/(Component b) being 0.7 to 1.9. There are also provided an inkjet recording method that includes (a 1 ) an image formation step of forming an image above a recording medium by discharging the ink composition by an inkjet method and (b 1 ) a curing step of curing the ink composition by irradiating the obtained image with actinic radiation to thus obtain a cured image above the recording medium, and a process for producing a molded printed material that includes (a 2 ) an image formation step of forming an image above a recording medium by discharging the ink composition by an inkjet method, (b 2 ) a curing step of curing the ink composition by irradiating the obtained image with actinic radiation to thus obtain a printed material having a cured image above the recording medium, and (c 2 ) a molding step of molding the printed material.

    Disclosed herein is a contact lens material comprising a polymer obtained by reacting and polymerizing 15 - 100 wt.% of the following component (A) and 0 - 85 wt.% of the following component (B) and containing fluorinated side chains and urethane bonds: Component (A): A mixture of (1) a radical-polymerizable monomer containing at least one active hydrogen atom which can undergo an addition reaction with an isocyanate group, (2) a bifunctional or higher polyisocyanate compound and (3) a compound represented by Rf·(OH)n, Rf·COOH, Rf·NH₂ or Rf·CONH₂ wherein n stands for 1 or 2 and Rf means a fluorinated C₁₋₂₅-alkyl group, alkylphenyl group or phenyl group; or an addition reaction product thereof. Component (B): A monomer copolymerizable with the radical-­polymerizable monomer (1) of the component (A). The contact lens material has well-balanced properties among oxygen permeability, hardness, machinability, wearing comfortableness, etc.
