The syntheses, conformational studies, and investigations on the estrogen receptor binding of [R/S‐1‐(2,6‐dichloro‐4‐hydroxyphenyl) ethylenediamine]platinum(II) complexes (1‐PtL2, 2L = leaving groups) are described.
